“Shortening the waste recycling loop.”
A reverse vending machine built on machine vision. Besides a barcode scanner, DAUR uses TensorFlow and AI on the edge to recognise inserted bottles, then rewards each accepted bottle.
The machine currently handles PET bottles. Glass, cans, and paper cartons are still being explored.
